All the apps in the Public Health Jersey Health App Library have been tested (assessed) by the Organisation for the Review of Care and Health Apps (ORCHA).

About My mHealth app
My mHealth is free online app that empowers patients to manage their own condition. The app gives patients easy access to a set of self management and rehabilitation tools, educational courses, reporting mechanisms and checklists.
Who can use the app
Islanders living with the following conditions can get access to the app:
asthma (myAsthma)
diabetes (myDiabetes)
heart disease (myHeart)
Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (myCOPD)
How to get the app
Download the app to complete the self referral form to have an account set up for you.
You will receive an activation email from my mHealth with step by step instructions on how to set up the app.
